<description>I think Steve Faust has proposed an awesome idea filled with a compendium of benenfits for the enire Spokane region. these bebfits include an improve qulaity of life; a way to differentiate Spokane from other cities it size as a more environmentally aware and green community; a compelling economic development strategy that begins with the river and can be used to promote further tourism, residential, commercial and community development.

The River District is a big idea Spokane needs to consider.
